Our Guidelines
Our refund policies were created with our customers' convenience in mind, as we know our obligation to them. The decision on the amount of money that our customers will receive back is made by our legal department. The amount that will be repaid will be decided by this department. The particulars of each case will determine how much money can be reimbursed to the customer.
Policies for Refunds
- Online Course Genie demands are made for all consumers to thoroughly read and understand our return policies before placing an order. If this isn't done, we won't be responsible for any misunderstandings a consumer may have regarding our policies.
- You are entitled to a complete refund of your purchase price if the business fails to deliver your order and you do not receive it.
- Customers can only make refund requests during the first month following their purchase.
- If we offer you any services, we will keep a portion of the money you pay as our service charge.
- The customer must present the proper paperwork to file their refund claim.
Refund claims will only be granted for the delivery dates below; requests for dates other than those listed will not be considered.
Online Course Genie requests that customers thoroughly read and comprehend the company's refund policy before completing a transaction. If this step is omitted, we cannot be held responsible for any misunderstandings a client may have about our policies. If the company doesn't fulfill your order and you don't receive it, you can get a full refund of the money you spent on it.
Customers must make refund requests within the first month of purchasing a good or service to be eligible for one. If we offer a service, we will retain a part of each transaction's proceeds as a customer service fee. Customers must provide the required supporting documentation if they want their refund claim approved.
